My name is Suyash,a computer engineer by profession.I live in the capital of our nation.I commute by my car to reach office and to get back to the home.I had a shocking incident when I was returning to home from my work. 2014,It near about 9.30 pm,I was driving my car to get back to the home.While driving I received a call from my home.I was talking on the phone.A constable saw me and he indicated me to stop the car.Then he knocked on the window glass with his stick.I opened the window. He: Attending phone calls while driving is illegal,Don’t you know this? I: Yes Sir,I know.Please start legal procedure for this,I will comply with rules.
